Ruth Cleland | Inland Empire | Corbans Estate Arts Centre
RUTH CLELAND and Gary McMillan’s exhibition "Inland Empire" was originally made for and exhibited at the University of Waikato in early 2013. From 6 December 2013 - 19 January 2014 it will be exhibited at Corbans Estate Arts Centre.
"Inland Empire" consists of highly detailed photorealistic drawings and paintings. The shared subject matter of the “everyday,” and ordinary suburban scenes draw our attention to spaces often overlooked in the busyness of daily routine.
