Memexograph

13th Mar –
6th Apr 2013

A Memexograph is a ten metre stream of images recorded by a part fictional mind reading machine. Forty small collages and altered photographic images become one work based on growing up combined with 1970's technologies.  Here the machines are called Master Analyzers, their purpose is to see what things are made of and assess current states of being. Selected images are translated into paintings of Laboratories with men in white coats looking unsure as to whether they mean to help or harm.
