Aotearoa / New Zealand remains at ORANGE in the traffic light system but we do have significantly rising case numbers.  What does that mean?  It means we take extra precautions to keep both yourself and us safe as follows....

Mask wearing is legally required inside retail stores - which for classification purposes, we are.  This means on your face and covering both your nose and your mouth for the duration of your time in the gallery.

IF we go ahead with exhibition opening events (this is currently under review), we strongly recommend that you to wear a mask inside and that drinks are consumed outside.  We certainly will be doing this and we encourage you to do the same.  Please do not attend either if you are feeling in any way sick, have tested positive or are a close contact.

We are sanitising fanatically.  In fact we have enough bleach related products to turn an entire suburb blonde.  Being a gallery, we don't have a lot of touch surfaces, but we will be regularly sanitising those that we do have.  Catalogue lists will be on the wall or printed to order to avoid sharing.

Like the government and their health / science advisors, we will be updating and reviewing these requirements as things evolve. Please get in touch if you have any concerns or queries.  We are happy to meet you by appointment outside of gallery hours too if you would prefer a dedicated private viewing time.

Thank you for your support of the gallery and our artists. Stay safe Aotearoa. Kia Kaha.
