RICHARD ORJIS has new work in the exhibition "Aroha Mai" at Fresh Gallery 24 April – 29 May 2021. Artists include Erin Forsyth, Donna Kerridge, Richard Orjis and Creature Post.
"Aroha mai" is a celebration of the traditional Māori medicine system, Rongoā, which uses nature as a way of healing. Featuring botanical study drawings and photographs of Rongoā plants, a portable live Rongoā garden and a virtual reality Rongoā Forest, the exhibition aims to entice your senses and fill your wairua.
