A Drawing for a Group Show | Whangarei Art Museum
‘A Drawing for a Group Show’ is, as its title suggests, a group exhibition celebrating the diverse practice of drawing across Aotearoa. Artists have been invited to contribute works at a uniform scale, with each piece exhibited unframed as part of a continuous frieze extending throughout the gallery.
Participating artists from Melanie Roger Gallery include Kirstin Carlin, Georgia Arnold, Gavin Hurley, Sam Mitchell, Layla Rudneva-Mackay, Erica van Zon, and Rosa Allison, alongside a number of other artists with whom the gallery has collaborated in recent years.
