12th Oct 2019

OPENING EVENT: Tuesday 17th September, 5.30 - 7.30pm
ARTIST TALK: Saturday 12 October, 11am

Renowned New Zealand painter STANLEY PALMER continues his exploration of his beloved Aotearoa in this new series of paintings as part of Art Week Auckland 2019. Palmer explores and revisits favourite locations around New Zealand - from Karamea in the South Island; to Great Mercury, Browns Island and Rangitoto in the North Island, these are quintessentially New Zealand places captured by one of our most admired landscape artists. This exhibition will feature nine new works - the second in his ambitious series of fifty paintings revisiting and charting his favourite locations throughout New Zealand.

Please note that we will be closed for the Climate Change Strike Friday 27th September. We fully support the Global Climate Strike Movement led by Greta Thunberg and student leaders around the world. Join us in Aotea Square 12-3pm.
