Melanie Roger Gallery is pleaased to be once again part of Artweek Auckland - an annual week-long festival celebrating the visual arts of Auckland from 6-14th October. We have the following events and exhibitions available:
Saturday, 6th October, 11am
An artist talk by SAM MITCHELL introducing the audience to her solo exhibition "Fight Like a Girl"
Tuesday, 9th October, 5.30-7.30pm
Exhibition opening for MARTIN POPPELWELL's new solo exhibition. The artist will be present at the opening and his exhibition will continue till 3rd November.
Thursday, 11th October, 6-9pm
Electric Night - Enjoy a night out on K’Road! Bring a friend and explore an exciting mix of art as galleries OPEN LATE for Electric Night. Have a drink or bite to eat along the way or get a culture hit by cycle if you’d rather explore on two wheels. Take a self guided walk or book into a FREE guided tour with Emil McAvoy, Alice Tyler or Francis McWhannell. Followed by an arty after party at the Anthology Lounge at 375 K’Road (cash bar).
